What is The Grit Code keynote about?
The Grit Code is a keynote on resilience, mental toughness and high performance. Paris uses real stories from rowing the Pacific Ocean, running seven marathons on seven continents in 5 days, 21 hours and 51 minutes and filming adventure television around the world to show how grit is built, not inherited, and how leaders can build it into their teams.

What does Paris need on the day?
